Rank Mesh provides free, on-demand SEO analysis tools and related educational content, including but not limited to:

• Internal Link Finder — ranked suggestions for internal links you should add
• Orphan Page Finder — detection of pages with no incoming internal links
• Website structure, anchor text, and content relationship analysis
• SEO recommendations and educational content on our blog
• Future SEO and website optimization tools

All services are provided on an "as available" basis. Free use is currently limited to 200 pages per scan. Paid plans with higher limits (5000 pages) are planned but not yet launched.

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements in your jurisdiction, to use Rank Mesh. By using our services, you represent that you meet these requirements.

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for unlawful purposes
• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with website operations or other users' access
• Distribute malware or harmful code
• Abuse automated systems, scripts, or our APIs
• Engage in activities that negatively impact service availability

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

By submitting a website URL to Rank Mesh, you warrant that you either own that website or have explicit permission from the owner to have it analyzed.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of Rank Mesh on any given URL complies with that website's robots.txt, terms of service, and any applicable laws. Rank Mesh honors standard crawl-politeness signals, but final responsibility for authorization rests with you.

To protect the service and the websites we analyze, we may throttle, queue, or temporarily block requests that appear abusive, automated, or that exceed reasonable free-tier usage. Repeated abuse may result in permanent loss of access.

Rank Mesh analyzes publicly accessible website content and structure. While we work hard to provide useful insights, we do not guarantee:

• Accuracy or completeness of every analysis result
• Specific search engine rankings or AI search citations
• Traffic, conversion, or revenue increases
• Any particular SEO performance outcome

All content, software, trademarks, logos, branding, designs, source code, graphics, and functionality associated with Rank Mesh are owned by Rank Mesh or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, sell, or license any part of the platform without prior written permission.

You retain ownership of any URLs, content, or information you submit through Rank Mesh. By submitting information, you grant us a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to process that information solely to provide the services you requested.

We do not sell, rent, or share submitted URLs or analysis results with third parties, and we do not use them to train any AI or machine-learning models.

Rank Mesh may integrate with or rely upon third-party providers (hosting, analytics, infrastructure). We are not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of those third parties. Your use of any third-party service is governed by that provider's own terms.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to Rank Mesh. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, third-party outages, or security measures.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any feature at any time.

Rank Mesh is provided "as is" and "as available."

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, and accuracy. We do not guarantee the platform will be error-free or uninterrupted.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rank Mesh and its owners, affiliates, employees, partners, and contractors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising from the use of or inability to use our services.

Your use of Rank Mesh is entirely at your own risk.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rank Mesh and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the platform, violation of these Terms, violation of applicable laws, or infringement of any third-party rights — including the rights of any website you submit for analysis.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Rank Mesh at any time, with or without notice, if we believe a user has violated these Terms or engaged in harmful activity.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Before pursuing any formal claim, you agree to first contact us at roshanchadgal9@gmail.com and attempt informal resolution in good faith for at least 30 days. Any unresolved disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of India.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Rank Mesh regarding your use of the service.
